1. You MUST have FAN IMAGE in the subject line. With all the viruses that have attachments, we will not open emails that we question the content of. 2. Name the file your last name. Example: trinneer.jpg 3. 175 pixels wide by 175 pixels high 4. 96 dpi 5. Headshot - please no body shots (see example image) 6. Include the requested information with your email 7. By sending a photo in you are stating: a. That you are in the photo b. That anyone else in the photo with you has given permission for you to submit their image c.
